Policies

Scheduling

All bookings are booked a month in advance and all time slots are available on the 21st of each month. THEREALCTOUCH is also located in Toronto Ontario (North York).Full address is given a week before your appointment.

Drop Off

It is required to drop off your unit 3-4 days before your appointment . (A week before if it is custom color) and (if the unit is also first not installed by me)

Hair Washing

Please come to your appointment with your hair washed with minimum to no product in your hair

Location

The address will Be Provided. in your CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IS SENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU BOOK.

Cancelation

It is required for A 48 Hour notice To cancel your appointment failure to do so will lead up to 50% deposit fee if you would like to book with me again
